I own a 29 5T. We continue to be happy with our unit. Although concern about warranty is legitimate, I would not make it a deal breaker. Highly recommend you take the time to actually stand, sit, walk, lay down in one. The floor plan and the fit and finish were what sold us on ours.
Not much we would different if we had a do over. I did add a second low profile AC (to try to extend the camping season). They are heavy units so match with appropriate tow vehicle and camping type. If you are new to "5'ver's" the learning curve can be steep , so a trip to Oregon may pay extra dividends. Good luck. Both units on your list are popular choices.
