I tow a Big Country with a 2010 Ram 4X4. Mine sits level with about 7" between the bed rail and the underside of the fifth wheel. Is you pinbox adjust as high as it will go into the the trailer frame? I had to move mine up when I installed a Trail-Aire Tri-Glide. They need an extra 1 1/2" or so over the std pinbox. You should be able to raise yours up higher.
