Completely agree however "personal responsibility" has been lost in this nation for some time now. A prime example of this is the current stories your hearing about towns banning snow sledding because of people suing cities claiming they didn't protect them. I can't blame the cities for enacting these bans because these frivolous lawsuits are bankrupting them. The problem is our courts and judges that are allowing these types of nonsense lawsuits to take place.
