Well, my OEM Chinese tires lasted 3 years and well over 10,000 miles with zero problems and were replaced with LT tires when I went up to 16". Sold them on their rims to another guy who is still running them 1 year later.
My only point is that just because they are made in China doesn't necessarily mean they are disasters. I've known people running major brand tires who have had issue with them too.
Given the chance, I have and will buy American made if I can but sometimes I think these RV forums get into a "feeding frenzy" when this subject comes up.
I have RV friends who don't participate in internet forums and they have no idea of any issue with Chinese ST tires.
Just saying.
