Oh Ridge as in Oh Ridge in June Lake?
I recently just got back from a 6 day camping trip there. When we called up there before we left the ranger said the "legal" answer is No, but people do ride out of camp all the time and we don't care as long as they follow the speed limits. Hell, the main trail right out of camp is with in 20ft of the check-in booth.
My friend that camped with us brought his RZR and we road in and out of camp no problem.
