Okay to install airbags on 5th wheel suspension?

I'm looking at possible options to obtain more clearance between the 5th wheel overhang and sides of the OEM bed on my truck. I like the looks of the 20K Air Safe hitch since it is provides a lot of ...

Air bags aren't real good for lifting. They lift a little OK but if you try to get very much out of them it makes the ride rock hard.
I'd either flip the axles or have a spacer installed between the leaf mounts and the frame.
