I am working on installing an Onan 7k generator into our FW front compartment. got the metal box built, have the floor cutout template transfered to a pattern, have tested the generator powering the FW.
now need to finish up converting it to multi-fuel, and getting the wireless remote control (Ec-30W). all before I actually install it..
(nicer to work with the unit on a shop stand, then hunched over under the FW overhang. )
edit: I bought the gen for $200 needing repair, and had to replace the drive pulley. replaced the belt too since I was there, $45 total.
