Costco is one of the last businesses putting customer satisfaction above all else. They are a buyers club and if the buyer is not happy they make it right. They do have MASSIVE power over suppliers because of the huge bulk they purchase. If only the Rv business came close to the satisfaction levels of Costco. Remember they often don't compete on price or even the newest models. It's all about satisfaction.
