We have a 2009 385 RLS and we use it a lot. 12 to 15 trips a year. We have had some age related issues like slide seals needing replaced but I had no problems doing those myself. There have been a few other minor issues but nothing too major. One thing about RV's if you use them a lot things will break. I mean you are taking a small house and bouncing it down the road several times a year. On the other hand I have seen just as many problems from not using them often enough. We just took our last trip this past weekend and it seems our converter is dying on us. Looks like a new one costs around $200 and I get to learn a little more about the electrical system! $200 may seem like a lot up front but break it down to 5 years use and it is less then one night of camping per year.
