On our 2nd OR. Had a 2010 model for 5 years. Just traded that in for 2016 model last October. As others have noted the company does provide good customer service. OR's are a notch below your top of the line products but sure provide you with exceptional quality and amenities for their price point. IT's do have a 2 year warranty.
