One good thing about both units is that they are owned by Jayco. Two year warranty and a family owned business that cares about their customers. I do like the OR PVC roof which is maintenance free. I don't understand why more companies don't use them instead of TPO. There maybe a downside to the PVC roof but I don't know of one. Also OR can be ordered with Strong Arm brackets which I have heard are very nice. I saw the North Star at a RV show 2 weeks ago and they are very nice. Can't go wrong with either one.
