Opinions on af fox mountain 235rls and af grande ronde 27-5l

We are looking at these two 5frs and wanting to stay around 30 ft long so we can pull a 10 foot utility trailer behind it with our side x side.. Soes anyone have either one of these that can comment on them. It appears that the grande ronde is much nicer and I am sure a bigger price tag, I know that it is a wide body. We have pondered over a toy hauler and have a af 990 slide in. The problem with a toy hauler is you need a trailer to get to the trail heads and you don't have one. That's what we like about our slide in it is easy to just pack up and move. But we are getting older and the wife will retire next year and we will be staying longer so we want more confront. I am not worrying about our tow vehicle I have a 3500 duramax and a 2500 duramax. So ant help would be appreciated thanks.

    We've ordered a 27-5L. On one of the AF facebook pages, there's been a recent spat of issues on the AF.

    In General, the lack of used units on the market is extremely telling about the quality. People get it and keep it! One dealer said he could sell every single one he is sent.

    We are on our second 27-5L. The first was a 2000 that we had bought used, this one a 2018 that we bought new. I can not comment on the Fox Mountain, but everyone comments about how open and spacious our floorplan is for a short 5er.

    We owned a 2013 FM 235 for 6 years. Very few NW related issues. Had a tiny water leak in the 1st week. Mobile tech fixed it in a couple hours. Bad fitting from NW.
    We did have the faded cap issue that plagued so many dark front caps back then.
    Other than that it was relatively trouble free. Very solidly built 5ers.

    If we had had the funds for the 27-5L we would've went that route. Much much more room inside, huge tanks and larger bathroom. The 235's toilet room was too cramped for us and the lack of closet space and kitchen counter space were the reasons that we changed trailers.
    We really enjoyed owning it as it was like the lawn mower you drag out every spring and 1-2 pulls and it starts. Same with our 235 every spring when we took the cover off and resumed camping again. Everything always worked.
