opportunity or awaiting disaster?

I have a chance to buy a 5 th wheel innsbruck for real cheap. The issues are it has a good chuck of water damage. The I guess you call it cab over sleep area has to be completely gutted and redone, leaking roof needs to be redone needs a new awning and need to apply for a lost title. When I say cheap I mean less than 1000, it has new tires, working a/c and good plumbing nothing else wrong other than the listed. So what are the opinions out there, I'm sure with some time and effort I can fix her up but is it worth it? Thank you in advance for you assistance.
