Thank-you for the replies to my questions and the link to check out Oregon ATV requirements.
My understanding after reading those requirements is that a side by side ATV is a Class IV ATV. It states that any operator of a class IV ATV over 16 years of age is not required to have the safety card.
Did I read this correctly?
