A lot of the Rangers and Sheriffs will look at your quads first for the offroad stickers, if you've got those and riding responsible many will leave you alone. Missing the offroad stickers on your bike/quad/UTV for Oregon or another state and they will get out of their trucks and ask for your OHV Safety card too. Some of them just ask everyone they meet on the sand, trails or forest service roads. I've been asked about once a year and we ride a lot.
