There are two aspects to reciprocity in Oregon.
* License or ATV stickers.
As of October 2014, Oregon honors permits from the following states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah and Washington
* ATV safety training.
Completing an ATV Safety Education Course in your home state or country and carrying proof of completion on your person when riding on lands open for public use. Which means if your state doesn't have a class you need to take Oregon's class (i.e. Washington State). The ATV Safety Institute (ASI) or a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) courses no longer fulfill the safety training.
