It's not always about carrying too much stuff. My 5'er basement is not full of stuff. I built the table hanger to have the tables off the basement floor. Makes it easier to get out a table without having to get the chairs off the tables all the time. More of a convenience thing. The most used items are on the street side of the 5'er.
