This is all a bunch of bull. When you go into the grocery store and buy a $2 loaf of bread, do they add $0.25 for delivery to the store, $0.25 for advertising and $0.25 for neatly placing it on the shelf.
All the same costs are there for the grocery store(in smaller proportion of course) but they give you an out the door price.
As others have said negotiate an out he door price including taxes. It's easier to do up front but if they start adding things after the fact, walk out. 10-1 odds, they chase you out the door offering to eliminate them (taxes probably not).
