Outdoor kitchen without bunkhouse

What about the outdoor kitchen do you like? I have to admit I find them an ok idea but the exaction seem to be lacking in the units I saw, to the point of avoiding them all together. The sinks always seemed to be really lacking hot water or drains, stoves, too small to really cook any sizable pot on. Fridges were ok but you had to remember they are only 120 V.
Not trying to bash the idea just having a conversation and maybe the ones we saw just sucked VS what is out there now.
