Has anyone added an outdoor TV, that is Television not tow truck, too their rig? DW wants to add one, and I do not know which would be best for veiwing outdoors, LCD or Plasma? Or is there another opt...

Understand what you want for a "Fifth Wheel".....but
you might try a search on the Class A Motor Home forum, as some of the up-scale MHs come with that as an option/std equipment.....
and what goes around comes around ("gotta have it") to the ones that don't have it...;)
