Outside kitchen and no bunk house

Question

Does anyone know if a manufacturer makes a 5th wheel with an outside kitchen that does not have a bunkhouse? I've been doing online searches and thus far I can only find outside kitchens with bunkhouses.

Grand Design 317 RST.  Gorgeous unit, but it's more of outside entertainment with refrigerator and space for a small grill.
