outside stair carpet
I see a lot of outside steps covered with carpet. is it really doing anything? is CW best place to buy it, is it just outdoor carpet.

The only problem with the outside steps covered with carpet is that they hold moisture and then the steps rusted. I had to repaint mine a couple of times. I don't use them anymore.
