No disrespect here, but I was wondering why would you want a tv outside?
When we bought our new coach, one of the options was having a large flat screen mounted on the side of the slide out (covered, of course). Both the DW and I wondered when we would ever want to watch tv outside and neither of us could come up with a good answer. You always have neighbors to worry about, light reflections, poor sound quality, and a bunch of other reasons. So we opted out of that model.
We have a 42" in the living room and a 32 in the bedroom. Both have their own 722 HD DISH receiver so there is never conflicting programs...plus we have the surround sound for excellent sound reproduction and our two leather recliners are much more comfortable than our folding camp chairs.
For the life of me, I just don't understand the attraction of an outside tv. The only time I can see a need for one would be to have a bunch of people over to watch a football game or something....but you would have to invite your neighbors.
Again, no disrespect...I understand different people have different likes and dislikes. Just wondering out loud, I guess.
