PA Drivers License Class
I am hearing conflicting statements about license class required. Some are saying if the fifth-wheel is over 10,000 Lbs I need a class A license. Other places say if the tow vehicle is over 26,000 Lbs...

It will be hard to get a definite answer... the KICKER that everyone does not factor in is the small print...

I went threw this for a friend years back.. I have a CDL class A, so I am good to go...
My Father in law was a supervisor for YEARS at the Trevose barricks, NOBODY there had a clue about it...
Some in Harrisburg said you need a non commercial Class A . . Others said as long as your under 26k....
Truth be told - I , myself wouldn't worry about it if it was ME... but i cannot tell you to do so...
