NY EZpass works in NY, no discounts elsewhere. I also have a Jersey pass to get their discount. You gotta stay on your game and shuffle the passes state to state. Lol. I use my car pass on my combo, they still kill me at the tolls. STAY AWAY from port authority crossing, ie, GWB, Tunnels, etc they will get you regardless of tag. They not only count axles, but tires, recently, OB crossing, dually only, EZ pass,off peak, $32.00. Obscene. Combo is about 50 bucks!!
