We started off our Utah camping down at Zion, temps were 105-108, we then went to Coral Pink Sand Dunes and temps were 105-115, then up to Bryce where temps were in the mid-90s. Finally up to Marysvalle temps were in the 80s one day and down to the 60s a day later. Plan for a range of temps and when you riding be prepared for anything. We had raid and a bit of snow flakes, once we got up on the higher elevation trails temps dropped rapidly.
