If it is a parking lot for a business open to the public, they are certainly not immune to liability for hazards created by the lot design to the very type of vehicle they are designed to accept!
The problem may lie in the type of vehicle you were pulling through there. If the lot was not intended to accept RVs or high profile vehicles, then you may have entered at your own risk.
