In regards to the video. When we bought our 5er in '05, we taped the delivery of it w/o a problem. Sister and BIL bought a TT from same dealer in '12 and they (dealer) wouldn't allow it. Far as I'm concerned, if they still want to sell it, it's your money, they should allow you to tape it. Especially if you've never owned one before, your bound to forget "X".
Speaking of money, DO the walk thru 1st BEFORE signing any remaining paperwork and handing over the last of any monies owed to dealer. If you have to have the salesperson or tech to go over something 2-3 times, then do it. Make sure you understand things. Check every drawer, cabinet, light switch, window shade, you name it to be sure they all work.
