I have a 20007 Pilgrim Legends and love it. It was there high end non full time unit. The construction is great and have had no problem at all since I bought it in 2010. It has a lot of composite features that are used in the Evergreen line(Evergreen was started by the owners of Pilgrim),with all of that out of the way I can tell you that most RV manufactures use the same companies for parts, so if something breaks you can replace it easily. A 2007 Fifth wheel has no warranty no matter who made it. The frame is made by Lippert axles by Dexter, Heat by dometic and so on. I hope this helps a little.
