Sure. Here you go. Originally started at this height, but was too close for comfort to my toolbox.
I then added the second layer and this is what works for me now.


If you do a search under my name you will find a write up that I did on this mod. It started out as a piece of 10" I beam, 12 inches long. I cut it to 10" long and then cut it on a 22 1/2* angle to be level while sitting on the pin box. Flipped it over where the pieces matched, and cut one flange off of the beam and welded it together. I bought a $14 receiver tube from Harbor Freight for it and welded it. Wanted it to be higher so I could access toolbox in truck, so I bought 1/2"x2" stock steel from Tractor Supply $12 and another receiver tube from HF and welded it to look like it does. I bought the 3 bike rack from www.discountramps.com for around $135 with shipping. It folds up when not being used at the campsite and can be removed if you like.. Made sure of the clearance of the bike handlebars and secured it into place with grade 8 -1/2" bolts. Next time I would put all 4 bolts higher in the pin box as it was difficult to place washers and nuts on the bottom two bolts. That's how I did it.
