This is exactly how I moved mine up one space recently. I loosened all four bolts, I believe I put blocks under the pin in very back of the truck then lifted the front, put the bolts back loose then the back.
The hardest part is getting the bolts loose! I needed to squeeze my impact wench inside the pin box to loosen the nuts!
