Picking up our new fifth wheel on Saturday. First time fifth wheel owners. I was wondering when adding weight to the fifth wheel does this also add weight to the pin? I assume it will. Is there a way ...

YA think this guy had any clue what weight he was towing? NOPE! as I politely asked him at a Rest Area. The GVWR on this model is 18,700#. I think those truck tires are good for around 3,100# ea.
But hey they looked thrilled to be on the road and heading South for the Winter.
