Myself, to replace that electric (junction box pass thru ?) cover,I'd be going to Walmarts Tupperware section and find a strong beefy small poly tub/container/bin/etc...of the proper size. One that could be hacked up too work/look/seal/and have better durability/strength,,,than the one in your pics...
