Please Help I'D 5th wheel with weird pins

I bought a 5th wheel last month and the guy sold me a slider hitch. After trying to instal I realized it won't fit standard rails. It has a mechanical jaw tab in the front and a cylinder in the rear for the tabs.
Can someone please tell.me what type of rails this fits?

    Show us more of the hitch, maybe can figure it out. Looks like a manual slider. Chris

    Ya its strange. I think I'm gonna have to sell it and go with standard rails but I sure do wish I knew what to call it or what kind of rails a guy would need so the next guy isn't as confused as me.

    Photo link works fine for me. Sorry, woodstockaz, have no idea what kind of lower adapter assembly you have there. Looks pretty rugged though.
