Ok now what type of problem if any does the plumbing that seems to go thru the underneath storage places in most models pose? DH thinks that it is the craziest thing cause he is afraid while traveling...

I'd rather have a plumbing leak in a storage compartment than in the living area. In the living area, it can be hidden in the floors or walls for enough time to cause a lot of expensive to repair damage.
