Popped off 2 cabinet doors already!!

All good suggestions, here, but why should =you= do anything? You've got a brand new FW, presumably still under warranty, and this is, IMO, a design defect. Take it back to the dealer and have it fixed, and insist on modifications to keep it from happening again. Absolute BS... I still like my idea of sending a warranty repair bill for =my= labor and parts to the manufacturer...at posted shop rates. :-)
