I think it is the length of the rig and the spacing of the joints along with speed. If everything is just right it sets up a resonance and you can change one thing to help the ride.
We cross a lot of bridges and we only have a problem with one bridge we use often. At 60 mph it will take the rig apart if we don't do something like slow down to 50 mph.
