Progressive Industries HARDWIRED for me. Simple to install, no chance it will run a way from home.
That big hole was put there by someone not happy to be working on the assembly line, probably trying to keep up with the production quota. All I did was cut a wire, then reconnect...white to white, black to black, green to green.

I like being able to see the display from inside without having to take a walk to the "Post" if it tripped for any reason. I assume that will happen on a cold, rainy, windy night...and I just don't want to go outside to investigate. The display is right inside the door, so I can easily check it after plugging in.
