I've been out of the Claims business since '91, but I would have put this down as a collision. Your 5er collided with your truck.
You can argue the percentage of fault though. Kind of like if one of your vehicles came out of gear and rolled into another one of your vehicles. It's still a collision (and a deductible), but you could argue that you weren't at fault.
I'd be interested to see how the coverage is interpreted in your case.
And remember that it really isn't up to your agent. The Claims dept. makes the determination.
