You can argue the percentage of fault though. Kind of like if one of your vehicles came out of gear and rolled into another one of your vehicles. It's still a collision (and a deductible), but you could argue that you weren't at fault.
I'd be interested to see how the coverage is interpreted in your case.
And remember that it really isn't up to your agent. The Claims dept. makes the determination.

We are still in suspense , collision, comprehensive, whats the verdict . They can usually tell you right over the phone what covers what.
..........They classified it as ......Collision !! So , the adjustor came out Wed , the 23rd. He wrote up his paperwork and will send it into the office , they will analyze claim , approve or disapprove and notify body shop , then I take vehicle in next week for repair and pick up rent car for ~ 1 week until truck is ready . , jf
