Possible Damage to Kitchen Island when Closing Slide

I was just closing the kitchen slide of my 2015 Coachmen Chaparral and realized the center island was tilting. I had forgot and left a plastic trashcan between the two. Now the island lifts slightly....

Most RV's have slide outs now, and few people have problems with them. We have all learned the hard way that on your list of set up and close up.....be sure all slide paths are clear before pushing those buttons! We have two super slides, one contains the kitchen, great design....just watch for any obstacles. Sounds like your repair took care of it!
