I had a similar issue with a Keystone Everest, which went back to the factory twice. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the frame, it was a flaw in the way they attached the side panels to the vertical studs allowing the sidewall to slip up and down. Really looked bad, but as it turned out it was not a serious issue. Seven years later, everything is fine.
