A number of NUWA's have done the same thing. Important thing is to keep it sealed of water intrusion. I think that is why they put in that verticle piece of molding, earlier ones without it the panel cracked. I put on a piece of Eternabond tape that seals it because it stretches. Guessing there are many trailers like that but owners can't tell when it unhooked. There are way to strengthen the wall and I would stay on top of it if it's under warranty.
You have to realize all frames flex and that flex contributes to other problems.
