I hate to be a pessimist, but it's hard for me to imagine glue and screws holding if the frame is still flexing. I fear your problem stems from the steel structure flexing and causing the other components to fail.
In my case our rig was returned to the Heartland factory (freight paid for by Heartland}, they removed the front cap and cut the side walls back to examine where the flex was. Next they had Lippert come in to evaluate and weld gussets to eliminate the flex at the pin. Then they re-connected the side walls with longer screws and "knock on wood" it's held since 2012. I was as upset as you when I was going thru this with my new rig, but glad now that they went for the correct fix on the first go-round.
Hope it all works out in the end and you get to finally enjoy your rig as you planned when it was purchased. I know the frustration your going thru. It's a downright shame that the manufacturers put out such poor quality and continue to sell em like hotcakes.
