x2! They should replace it with an identical unit that is constructed with the d@mn CEO and President watching the entire thing from start to finish and inspecting it from the frame up. As it is, they'll probably just tell their shop foremen to make d@mn-sure they hide the cr@ppy build quality better or they're gone.
