I was contacted by the manager assigned to our case today after a trip to the dealer for a copy of all work done and the length of time they had our unit. AND, after her boss asked her why our unit was still there to which she had no answer. She called me to ask me why it was still there. That question really set me off. After the cooling period, she accesses the emails and files of the floor manager. She asked what was the latest I'd been told and I explained that they've been waiting on a Lippert welder since last Tuesday and was scheduled to be there mid next week. She said there was no excuse for that as the Lippert factory was across the street and a welder could be there in hours, not days to weeks. She assured me that our unit would be back to us on or before April 6th as we had discussed last November. She apologized several times and asked me to call her on her direct line tomorrow around 1pm for an update as she had sent the floor manager an email asking to meet her first thing in the morning. I explained that nothing else on the list had been done and was assured that mine was there before a lot of the other campers and that mine would go back to the original schedule ahead of the others. I will call tomorrow and update when I can.
