I received two emails today from Keystone. One from the case manager and one from the floor manager. I was also sent pics from under the slide where the break happened. However, the pic of the break in the Lippert frame was not sent. The square aluminum tubes were not filled with wood to help keep the things attached from pulling through the aluminum. Some screws pulled through as you can see.
