So back when the trailer was being built a person failed to push the wood studs inside the hollow aluminum studs. Then panels were screwed to these studs and there was nothing to screw to and the screws stripped. Surely this should have made the person stop and think something isn't right as these things happened. Then another person, presumably, made some bad welds that broke right away. These mistakes were made early in the build process and very difficult to get to after completion. Like a house with a bad foundation.
This company needs to focus on training their employees starting with the simple concept of how a screw works. The RV production business is far to complex for some people, myself included, to figure out on their own immediately. You paid for professionals to build this trailer every step of the way right down to the final RV wash.
I don't know where you are in proximity to your trailer and Keystone, but to me this is too big of an investment to have these problems. I think you should request an in person meeting with the leader of this organization--no phone calls or email at this point. Explain the problem starting from day 1. If you do, no one in their right mind would be able to look at you and say this has been handled correctly. You would be helping them more than they could realize.
