I'd be willing to bet that each person involved knew they screwed up, but didn't want to slow down the production line. Get fired? Who cares, there's another plant down the road thats looking for workers that can show up and can pass a drug test. Hired. Rinse, repeat.
I can tell by some of the posts that some don't have a clue how these are built and how little time is alloted per unit.
Have a neighbor that use to be a production boss at a RV plant. They would send units out without cabnet's installed and put them in out in the parking lot so it would not slow production down. It's all about quota.
