Sit down in your trailer after its all fixed up and write the CEO a hand written letter explaining the problems. Don't email him/her. Send it to their headquarters. An assistant will probably read it, realize it's personal and meaningful and show it around until they all decide it's time to tell the CEO their company has problems. Or maybe the CEO will read it and think about it. Focus on the problems with communication inside the company. I really think your experience is as bad as it could be with company and with product. It will make you feel better to tell them. What they do is their decision, but if they don't change their perspective other companies will stomp them out.
I admit I don't know specifics about how these are built, but disagree low wages are the reason for the mistakes made. It's training, the same people are going to show up to work for whatever/hour. But with training they will know what they are doing. And why. They are selling a lot of units apparently, salesman must be getting trained. Works for sales. An employee who is trained and understands his/her job and its importance to the finished product will also have more pride.
